For their stewardship and commitment to the extraordinary rehabilitation initiatives undertaken to conserve the tower and banking hall, ensuring a long-term future for this prominent landmark building.

URBAN REJUVENATION AWARD
RICK & MARK HOFER, owners of The Avenue on Portage at 265 Portage Avenue. This is a wonderful urban mixed-use revitalization project and a bold gesture in the adaptive re-use of two buildings on the Portage Avenue streetscape.

The Asper School of Business, tenants at 177 Lombard Avenue (former Great West life building). For their commitment to the redevelopment of the entire second floor of this prominent landmark building, including detailed attention to preserving its heritage features and historic Board Room.
