COMMERCIAL CONSERVATION AWARD
 
To the Wilson House (Klinic on Broadway), 545 Broadway, a neighbourhood landmark, for the preservation of the essential character of its exterior with minimal intervention.

To owners, Manfred Boehm and Ted Bloomer, for The Ramada Marlborough, 331 Smith Street, for the sensitive preservation of the Smith Street façade.  Historic elements including terra cotta restoration, the reconstruction of the canopy and parapet.  

To Alpha Masonry for work on the Ramada Marlborough, 331 Smith Street, for the sensitive preservation of the Smith Street façade.  Historic elements include terra cotta restoration, the reconstruction of the canopy and parapet.
